What makes us different?

We are not your average travel agency. We've worked in series such as IMSA, Ferrari Challenge, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and SRO. We've also worked with many teams, from factory-supported race teams to customer racing programs. Additionally, we host private test days throughout North America. Simply put, we have our fingers on the pulse of the sport and we infuse this expertise into crafting a luxury travel experience for drivers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will review your season and curate an itinerary specifically for you. Ahead of each event, we will send you a step-by-step itinerary for your upcoming trip. You are welcome to request any changes at this point and we will modify it until it is perfect for you and your needs. We will note any "modify/cancel by" dates in your itinerary so that there are no surprises should unexpected changes occur.
 
During the event, we closely monitor your race week and keep your schedule up-to-date.

HOW DOES ANNUAL BILLING WORK?

Annual billing renews on the 1st of November. This gives us the time to book accordingly for the start of the new season!

Members who join part way through the season, will pay a pro-rated amount through October 31st.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A SEASON?

Our "season" is November 1st through October 31st! Often, the racing season starts with Winter Testing in November/December and ends in October!

I NEED ADDITIONAL TRAVELERS.

All membership options include your spouse and children under 18. The Series includes 1 additional traveler. The Season and The Sport include 2 additional travelers.

If you need more travelers, we can add them to your membership for a fee.

WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COVER?

The annual membership covers the time and attention placed on ensuring you have a seamless travel experience. It will also include access to the Destinations app, placing all of your travel in one place. Our team will coordinate all aspects of your motorsport travel needs.

Travel is billed at cost, so you will never have to worry about paying commissions. We bill this way so that you can be sure the itinerary we design is what is best for you, not what is best for us.

HOW DOES EVENT BILLING WORK?

This one is up to you! For simplicity, we book all travel directly on your preferred payment method (we know you love your points).

However, we are happy to handle all bookings and send one invoice ahead of each event for the cost of travel if that is preferred.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. However, if you do not wish to renew, simply let us know by October 15th to opt out of the November 1st renewal.

HOW DO WE START?

Once your membership is selected, we get on a call to discuss your travel habits and preferences.
 
We understand your time is important, so this call can be with you, your spouse, your assistant, or even just a questionnaire you complete during your downtime!
